Auth model:

• Anonymous and mixed-auth operations are documented alongside customer-auth operations in one surface.
• Account, Communities, and Passes/Plans/Queue endpoints require a customer bearer token unless an operation says otherwise.
• Endpoints that behave differently with and without auth say so in their own descriptions.
• Community endpoints in this contract are customer-auth endpoints.
